The overall experience has been a pleasure to be part of aveanna's family. In addition to the improvents, there should be more incentives given. For intance, a care package drawings or a gift basket to employees that are most reliable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe CNAS should get a higher wage as paid in skilled facilities. For instance, CNAS have recieved a certification and hours of clinicals of paid schooling. They should be accredited for that. In addition, they have to keep up thier certificate that cost money each year.
