A lot of changes, some good and some not so good, but we all seem to adjust. This is a great company and I am proud to be apart of this team.

I have enjoyed my years with this company. I have been able to grow with the company with several promotions. I would recommend, and I do, Aveanna to anyone including my friends and family. Aveanna is a great place to work.

I love working with this company. I have been here a long time and we are always changing, for the better, never boring. I could not imaging working any other place. This is definitely the best company ever and I would recommend Aveanna to all of my friends and family.

We all respect each other and listen.....Collaboration.

That I work remotely from my home.

Very transparent on our goals for the company.

I enjoy collaborating with my co-workers and I feel respected and heard.

We are allowed to work from home but we have available call systems when meetings are necessary.

The company keeps all of us informed about how the company is going; goals, expectations, revenue, etc..

They seem to be energized by the company as a whole and have a vision for our future.

Aveanna's Leadership Team is the best because they do inform and collaborate with other employees on a regular/weekly basis.

I am happy that I do have insurance coverage, but I do not like the current covering plans available.

We are all treated like equals. We collaborate and all voices are heard and respected. We all respect each other.

The company is invested in the employees and that is easy to see with the amount that they pay for our benefit packages. Aveanna offers medical insurance, 401K, stocks/shares and other benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Manager is awesome. We share, not only what is work related, but also some personal information which seems to help our working relationship and brings us closer. We respect each other.
