getting to help parents feel comfortable and getting to celebrate being discharged with them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I have a base salary as well as commission. A lot of sales jobs are just commission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to drop everything to help. They always seem to be on my side and work to do what is best for the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Aveanna tries their best to keep the culture going while most people are remote. I find that the monthly townhalls help me find connection and boost moral
