They check up on me and ask if I need anything and if everything is okay.

I get to help around the house and talk with my client which is always nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to take care of my mother in law who is my client. It is very nice and convenient!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am retired from a nursing home and have a full pension and health benefits. I have my Aveanna job for spending money and do not need benefits.
