The sense of team, work ethic, friendliness and willingness to listen and accommodate employees and patient's needs. I know every day that I will be surrounded by a friendly, helpful and supportive group of people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated, compassionate, and very knowledgeable of their roles. They reach out and offer assistance. They work together as colleagues and each department is very supportive of each other. It's the friendliness and comradery that I did not have in other jobs that I really enjoy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team has a clear vision of Aveanna's future. They are well informed, have good business sense and understand the challenges that a company we face today. They are dedicated to the patients we serve and are supportive of us as employees as we care for our patients. I love it here!
