Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I believe that this is a company with high integrity who puts patients and families first. I feel like I am making a difference, and I have the support that I need to be successful. I do hope that our medical benefits can improve as we do lose applicants and employees over benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to bonus for meeting/exceeding company goals up to 200%. Also, the freedom time off is a nice perk as long as it is not abused.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Putting the patient and family first with our strong focus on outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Doing the right thing for the patient produces the right outcome for the company!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The synergy of the team and that we support each other and celebrate each other's wins. We trust each other and encourage each other. We also have a very knowledgeable and seasoned leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off/freedom time is comparable with other companies and opportunity to bonus based on the 5 Cs is an added benefit and a generous opportunity for Clinical Managers, Executive Directors, AVPs, VPs and higher- level managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of trust and transparency. We do not always agree with each other, but we are respectful and always try to do the right thing for patients, employees and the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the feedback from patients and families and knowing that we are forever making a difference in the lives of others. I also like to see our agencies meeting and exceeding goals so we can celebrate the successes and have FUN!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are committed to the mission and values of the company far more than this just being a job. We care about each other and in what we are so fortunate to do each and every day. We are cheerleaders and motivators for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that every day is a day that I can truly make a difference. The people I work with are also a factor in my job satisfaction as you have to trust and be able to count on your co-workers and colleagues. NO ONE succeeds alone.

We have a supportive culture where we recognize successes, and we are resilient in challenging times. Our intent is to make every team member feel valued and an important part of something much bigger than anything that could be accomplished alone (a forever difference in the lives of others).

That they truly care about the company and want every employee and office to succeed. We have a caring and knowledgeable leadership team that not only takes care of patients but also takes care of each other. We have open and honest communication and trust each other to always do the right thing.
