In the market, many of our positions are underpaid. The perks we are offered are not comparable to those of other lines of business like ours.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing at the end of the quarter, our hard work has paid off, and we hit the bonus. I wish we had, like, profit sharing or a Christmas bonus to look forward to as well.
