Overall I've had a successful journey at Aveanna. I love my co-workers and have been able to maintain a work/life balance. I would appreciate less job duties or higher compensation for constantly being expected to go above and beyond.

They care about HUMANS first, the job second. I have leaders who are patient and ready to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money or better benefits. I feel that often times we are asked to do more and more without any compensatory benefits/accomodations
