The systems in place would be better if it included the office staff together in the full care of the patient rather than certain people in the office. It would help if all the office admin knew about each patient and how we can all help.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Though Aveanna is a fine company that seeks to continue to grow, they do not prioritize the internal staff much. It seems that efforts are directed to the field staff and how much money can be earned. The footmen are present in the office to keep things flowing but are often overlooked.

Making over 100k for the amount of work we are required to do

clean water, double monitor, space to do my work to contribute to the company success, working printer, internet

speak respectfully, open communication amongst all members in the office, work together more efficiently not just when it's convenient for that person
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Responsibilities/ Goals are not clear for office staff, to get compensated for the work we endure daily, that office staff would not have to get additional jobs and witness field nurses get pay priority
