Haven't put in a full year yet with the company but I can see there have been changes are happening from the companies past. But nothing seems drastic but seems to be strategic moves to expand and make the company more successful, and in my view that's a great thing. So I'm enjoying the ride.

Best part about our team is the caring and funny personalities. We can have relaxed conversations about personal lives, and step up to support one another during out workdays when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I'm not in a position that involves a lot of interaction with leadership. I believe they seem to be very welcoming and share lots of great perspective of the industry we are leading.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy and consider the business company email communication that is always sent out. It really reviews a lot of moving parts that going on with all departments, and is informative on so many subjects and goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well I have plenty of things to keep me busy through my days, and its always good to be the go to person on site that supports the employees who make it point to do great things in their fields of work day to day.
