Calix has been a breath of fresh air! I came from a very employee centric company, then it was acquired and it became a machine. It was great to see that the caring about your employees is still something larger companies can do.

With any company there are always ups and downs but in general Calix is a great place to work and be a part of! nothing is perfect but really enjoy my job and the people I get the privilege to do the job with!

I love interacting with the account team and customers!

Very open, willing to take criticism. All of them want to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't met a single person that feels they are better then anyone else.

The transparency in our goals and missions. Giving everyone the information to understand our direction

Just good benefits that aren't just basic health. The HSA investment options, ESPP, and the ESPERA account are all great.

Interacting with our customer. Watching how excited they get about the industry and that we are in front of them live.

There is a lot of things, can't really pinpoint one. the freedom to be who we are as people is up there.

Great work and personal life relationships. Care about each other, work to make sure we cover for each other and they do their job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's driven to make an employee succeed and do well for themselves and the company. Small things like Wage works, and working from home benefits are really attractive.
