No judgement or stupid questions. Hard workers. Most have been at Calix 5+ years so there's a lot of knowledge built up in the team.

Solving a complex problem or completing a long roll-out. Learning new things while providing value to the company. Finding previously unknown solutions and sharing them with the team knowing it will save everyone time and effort.
