We have great products and that makes the job easier. Culturally things have declined quite a bit over the past few years. It used to be an excellent place to work, not so much anymore. Executive Leadership creates a lot of chaos and has too many people chasing their tails.

The culture used to be excellent. It has declined over the past few years.

My immediate leader is awesome. The levels above my immediate leader do not communicate well, and tend to create chaos and drama.
