Not everyone looks like me, thats rare in the telecom industry. I love that we have teammates from various ages, various backgrounds, and from places all over the US. Love it here.

First, I believe in what the company is doing. Second, I play a piece in that and can contribute to the success of the company. Lastly, they've hired a lot of great folks, its a joy to work with my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I have the full support of my management team. They respect me to do my job and ask for help when needed, but they also stay out of my daily work, trusting that they hired a good employee and letting me run.
