The company as a whole seems to buy into the culture and how we all impact/support it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The desire to work together with no one trying to take individual credit for work the team does. It is true coolaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Complete transparency. I feel that I know Calix's direction. Moreover, they're genuinely interested in my and our company's success. There is no hidden agenda.

The package as a whole. I have no worries about my financial well being and have access to perks few others companies offer.

I love the products, people and the perception Calix has in the industry. I'm proud to be a part of the Calix team.

They walk the walk. They believe in the company and it motivates me to believe in it as well. They have clearly identified our goals and direction.

There is a sincere camaraderie and desire to see everyone on our team succeed. If I have a question or need support I know, UNEQUIVOCALLY that each of my teammates is there to help.

We walk the walk so we can talk the talk. We absolutely live our values, making our culture authentic, not contrived. I made a significant career decision when I joined and my expectations have been exceeded.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm continuing to learn which creates a strong desire to BE engaged everyday, throughout the day. I love the desire to succeed which makes for a positive atmosphere. Most importantly, I'm loving what I'm doing because my prospects/customers want to hear our story and engage, making it fun to "work"!
