It's been overwhelmingly positive. Are we perfect? No. But the team selling, customer base, and overall culture is something that you can't just replicate. I've got a lot of years left in my career, and as long as we protect the culture I'm beyond happy with everything going on at Calix.

My team rocks! It's great to have structured work, but also add in some fun into the mix. The team collaboration is top notch along with appropriate communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
Strategizing deals is the most fun! Calix allows for us to get creative with how we structure deals. It's exciting to work with our customers to align their vision with ours, and then structure the deal that makes sense for all parties involved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though Calix is a large company with 1,000+ employees it feels like a small company. Which I love, and this starts from the top when it comes to collaboration and being open to feedback. Our leadership team is always available and easy to have a discussion with on ideas and improvements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the collaboration, and the openess to new ideas. Calix and the leadership are ALWAYS open to having meaningful conversation on how we approach the market or a customer deal. I love that we can have a solid debate and laugh at the same time. Awesome culture, and its important to success.
