Providing better solutions and creating value for our end Customer. Improving the software quality and predictability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt that I'm earning 15 to 20 % less when compared to the same level of experienced people working in another company in the same industry. Promotion make me feel better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I recently moved to the Eng team. It's a new learning experience on how the dev team work and their priorities. With Test left initiatives we improved our AXOS software quality in last three cadences with more functional test automation.
