Started as a contract installer for Calix back in 2013. Has been nothing but good things getting better from there. Since then I have learned a lot about the industry and made valuable relationships inside and outside of Calix along the way.

Getting a large assignment with months of work associated.

Paternity leave. Great knowing that we get a quality amount of time with our little one(s).

They're crushing it! I feel that we have the best people for the job in every position.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. If there is field that I am lacking, I know I can count on a team member to help out.
