Having worked remotely since joining the company, they do try make you feel part of a close family.

After more than 5 years with the company I have not received an increase in my base salary.

We all understand the situation which we find ourselves, understand our goals and work together in achieving them, with no hidden agendas.

They are forward thinking and always pushing the limits of the company to ensure that Calix continues to win in a competitive market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quotas increase year on year, but our compensation remains static. One has to achieve more every year to earn the same as the previous year.
