I have grown so much in my time at Calix. I've improved the skills I use to do my job and have developed into a leader myself through experience and coaching from my leader. Calix is the first place I've worked where I've been able to imagine working at until I retire.

I love the people I work with and I love the work I do.

I am compensated fairly for my role, and rewarded additionally via bonus for high performance.

I like the Stock Purchase Plan options we have. I've never had anything like that at other companies I've worked at.

I love the transparency and compassion for the people of this company. Their actions show how much they value the people they lead.

I like how transparent and honest they are, and I like how much this company means to them. It shows in how they act but also they make sure we all know that we are valued.

I love what I do so it's easy to be excited about the work. What makes me happy though is working with such great people. From top to bottom we push and support one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are a work from anywhere culture and that we are treated like adults. We were hired to do a job and we are given the space to do that (and more if we choose).

For me Calix is a place where we can be ourselves, speak our minds, and find challenges that push our ceilings to new heights. Management is supportive and understands that you are a person first and an employee second.
