Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Calix is a great place to work. We are growing and with that come some growing pains (work/life balance, changing priorities, etc). That said, I would highly recommend it and look forward to watching the company work through those small kinks.

We’re all on a team! And I feel that.

EVERYONE IS AMAZING. I never feel like I am "bugging" anyone. Feels like we are all in this together and a true TEAM.

I know I own my work. The buck stops with me. It's stressful but also refreshing knowing my work actually makes an impact.
