Assistant manager at my store 2750 is rude to customers curses at them and treats other employess like we are dogs. I stand up for myself and im in the wrong
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the people are great and well the assistant managers are lacking
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well managers arent best for the customers or the staff customers get cursed at and staff treated like dogs by cynthia she is the 1st assistant manager and they are sugar coating everything because the new distrant manager is here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i go above and beyond what is expected of me i work hard i want my team on second shift to be the best shift at this store but its only me and one other person that works second shift while first has like six people and i feel my shoft does a way better job
