What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and the ability to lead instead of berate, control and not train new hire employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being accused of inappropriate behavior (flirting) and then being harassed and in a threatening manner. Is not okay. Having a kitchen manager who doesn't train let alone carry some responsibility is unhelpful and makes a job harder than it should be.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When your the only one prepping, cleaning, documenting the production planner makes it the job harder. When your there doing what's asked to only be accused of inappropriate behavior is unexcusable and disheartening. Makes me never want to work at a Cassie's ever again.
