The store manager never helps, in rate cases on register, but not kitchen. The kitchen manager doesn't do any wotk & doesn't know how much to order for truck. One persom runs the kitchen during the busiest time, nut there are 6 on nights. No break unless you're a smoker. Exhausting and unfair pay

We don't have any meetings umless a manager is being let go

Just need more workers in the kitchen, freedom, a breather, and to be listened to when makong suggestions

If others who do less work don't get the same wages. It should be performance and time at job based
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing some of the register people are cool and one other person. The only good thing is the anount of hours I am scheduled
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making others work sonthe load isn't on juat one person, now that we are not allowed to prep anything. They need to come to the kitchen and help when it gets busy. Pleae staff approproately, let us know we ate appreciated for our hard work and listen to us.
