They say they are family friendly. Only to corporate team not to lower ranking team members. I understand its about a company making money but you cant expect people to miss out in family time.

They work hard fir minimal pay

Nothingnin peticular. It was average
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate side of team. They get their family time but lower ranking do not. I also feel if a certaun team member is exceptional they should get raises according. Not just a 3% cut off
