What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone help with all aspects of the job. One person can not run the store and do all the date checks and stocking.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The health insurance doesnt cover hardly anything. Better health insurance would make me and many others feel better.
