What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my fellow coworkers work together to help each other out. I have built a good rapport with them as well. Most of them do the very best job to their ability.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The time the manager took out of her day to stop and explain everything and asked if I had any questions. She also was very upbeat and positive and welcoming to the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to care more about the employees. They need to do their part as a manager and helping run the store when needed to. They also need to lead by example and not have attitudes or punish you if you speak up about the way that they are treated. They should be held accountable for their actions.
