What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commissions. Although I am not entirely sure why any sales organization would cap earning potential.

Everyone respects one another and everyone gets along great. We have an open and collaborative team environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire E staff is incredibly accessible. They don't sit in an ivory tower removed from the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we're growing quickly, FF hasn't lost it's luster in terms of a family-oriented work environment. I am hopeful that we won't ever lose our way and become just another giant corporate machine with miles and miles of bureaucratic red tape.
