Collaborating in person with my coworkers most of the team were in the office a few weeks ago and it was a refreshing change

No social interaction anymore its changed alot since I joined even the summer and christmas parties are done on a budget scale these days

I think our benefits are some of the best in the market with a competitive pension plan and perks like Christmas closure which allows people to spend quality time with friends and family

Better communication globally also thinking about what works better in different geographies rather than been so US centric eg team meetings at 6pm for EMEA your not going to get the best out of them in terms of participation
