International travel is a great benefit. Regarding a compensation package, I have already received compensation driven by hard work.

Getting stuck into a big project that will last a long period of time. Seeing the results of the project implemented in a positive way within the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my role it is difficult to ascertain a baseline expected pay, but to be able to have some kind of comparison would be good. Merit review is coming up, opinion may change after this.
