Over the 4 and a half years I have worked at the company my experience has always been mostly positive. The people are great, the company fosters a great community and culture and I have been lucky enough to have some great opportunities working here.

Everyone is friendly and the whole company promote a culture of openness and belonging.

Friendly, fun, always happy to help and driven. Working with my colleagues brings out the best in me and drives me to be the best that I can be.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like trying new things and experimenting. My managers have always fostered this and allowed me to experiment and grow. Learning new skills and methods of working keeps me enthused.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is great to work for, great people, great perks, but more work could be done to promote internal resources. Detailing career progression paths and the targets needed to progress would be a great way to ensure that staff know how they are doing and what is expected of them to progress.
