I have autonomy while working on projects with a clear purpose that typically move the company and employees closer to our long-term goals. I am trusted and valued, while also actively supported when needed or wanted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm lucky enough to work with a team of talented and group-oriented people. There is no finger pointing, judgement or fear of getting something wrong. Instead there is curiosity, pulling together and looking at the bigger picture in all cases.
