What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but very collaborative. We are pivotal to the success of the sales team and I am happy to support and help fine tune the sales team and how they reach their goals!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That just over 6 months into this role, I have been recognized by my leadership team and have been eligible for a bonus already. I am rewarded and recognized based upon my efforts and that is really refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor is key. He allows me to work, ask questions when I need to, give me the right amount of lead to take more responsibility and always has supported me. My supervisor, Peter Kerr is absolutely wonderful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to transparency, our overall success and individual success as well. I appreciate that there are no egocentric personalities among the leadership team and they encourage the open door policy and want to hear from all levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants success for everyone else. I saw that at the SKOFY24 event and the commitment to additional sales training. Also the fact that I am not on the sales team, but I was able to participate with them and learn more about how my work can adjust to better help them be successful.
