Is our compensation keeping up with inflation? Are we also taking into consideration that certain areas are developing more and, thus, becoming more expensive (i.e. Austin, Salt Lake City, etc)? Can we double check this, b/c I don't feel that I am being paid equally to my counterparts in other orgs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I often feel overworked and burned out. And when I talk to other folks, I notice that I am not the only one. I understand that we are being more conservative with our spending. But, we need more people. We need more support. Good people are leaving because they crave for a better work/life balance.
