My personal experience has been that I am underutilized. I have fine relationships with my manager and team, but I wouldn't say I feel appreciated, special, or really part of a team. Happy to have a job and I do like the company.

It seems like so many people are lazy and have an attitude when they need to do their job. I've noticed this ever since the covid shut down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Todd's approachability, intelligence, and his ability to work with other executive team members in such a seamless way. I would love to see more leaders like him in the company!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to be busy and I appreciate that I have a job during this rocky times in the tech industry. I wish I had more responsibility and recognition though
