I came from a horribly toxic culture and environment, to the complete opposite which really put paid to the "grass is always greener" idiom, as the grass is definitely greener with FinancialForce. The leadership is great, my management has been the greatest for a long time and my team is the best!

Their amiability and the camaraderie they show on the Town Halls and All Hands calls.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work at my own pace, there is help whenever I need it and I am left with a sense of accomplishment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that many of us are remote and far from Harrogate but we work as well, if not better, as a team despite the distance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have bonded as a tight team in such a short space of time. I hope to grow as an employee and member of the team, and the support I receive from them will make this very easy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount I am being paid for the job I am doing is more than adequate. All of the perks I have enjoyed so far while being at FinancialForce have made the effort of travelling to Harrogate more than worth it.
