The company is heading in the right direction and trying very hard to gain new customers, but I suspect at the cost of running people very hard, missing out on family time.

Being able to complete something. Seeing a task completed.

Positivity. They're always positive, even when delivering less than perfect attainment results

They are all there to help - they can't do enough for each other.

Changed roles and suffered financially which is not good at this point in time

They way we all seem to work for the right reasons; but it is pretty pressured
