Overall, I have learned a lot at this company and have met some wonderful people. However, it has been difficult to make a vertical or lateral move within the company which is unfortunate. Ideally, most folks are looking to grow within their organization, Certinia has not allowed that.

My team, direct managers, and the work that I get to accomplish.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we are not able to be promoted due to the structure that's in place. We also haven't received a pay raise after a year of being in office and doing a good job with our work. We've been promised a merit increase for over 6 months to find out that they changed their mind about it.
