Seems to be competitive with the market, with the added incentive of obtaining company equity from time to time.

Everyone on the exec team is bought in to our company goals, and are all working to guide us in the same direction.

Our team is highly collaborative, with each team member willing to invest their time/talents to help the next. Work place politics at my level are non-existent.
