It was 20 years ago I was this happy with work. Then, putting the customer first and knowing our product mission and direction were identical key elements. Add the maturity of this management team to the same passion for customer and product... wow! In between was existing, this is living :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very good base with a balanced and shared discretionary portion to inspire individual and group performance. Package inspires the individual and the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Confronting, addressing, and overcoming customer and team challenges. Seeing our product solutions and tools be a part of our customer's business solutions, and a contributor to their success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication. Frequent, but not too much. Open, informative, succinct. With all the things going on we are steadily updated on our progression and plan, to keep moving efficiently in the direction desired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their proven leadership, and experience, in managing and steering the business. They keep a steady eye on the horizon, with its future opportunities and challenges, while simultaneously navigating the twists, turns, and traffic immediately before us or quickly approaching. Exciting, yet smooth ride.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and embracing to change, while firm and steadfast with shared principles and beliefs. This applies to the direction of product and development and new technology, to social issues and equity, and global issues and awareness. Active participation in the world we want to be.
