What's really positive about the culture is that each individual's strengths are always valued. Nobody focuses or points out people's weaknesses, but rather on their strengths.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being involved in different projects, and I also love going to the office - the people are great to be around, and the snacks are great too!
