The culture is inclusive and accepting, I don't feel like I have to put in a lot of effort to conform to an expectation and instead can perform to my strengths while learning at the same time.

Everyone is willing to help out and answer questions. I have also had people reach out to me, even early on, so people take the time to understand their team mates strengths and how they can lean on each other
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with incredibly smart and talented people that I get to learn from. Feeling satisfaction from delivering solutions to customers that make their jobs easier. Delighting people with a solution that saves them time. Being recognized for my accomplishments and contributions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and a commitment to take feedback and actually do something with it. I feel like if I give feedback, they will actually use it to make the workplace better. They also live the same values they ask us as employees to live so there's no mixed messaging.
