Honesty and transparency - I've found this is rare among executive leadership teams, but Certinia continues to value these ideals.

The upbeat personalities and willingness to work together (even across departments). Certinia employees are committed to cross-collaboration efforts and upholding the company values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is a difficult question to answer because compensation is inclusive of the whole package, and each portion from pay to benefits to bonus/sales compensation based on company/individual achievement is incredibly important.
