We share best practices and my team really cares about the customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the executives are trying to keep Citi sustainable for the future.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start treating middle management more humanely. Stop trying to continually do more with less without process automation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the company picked up more of the cost of employee benefits. it is quite expensive.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would make it a quicker process. took 5 months then when the offer came I was expected to move and start in 2 weeks.
