Horrible, my fa wouldnt sign off on my ccht application. It was a hostile work enviornment, favoritism, pettiness, rude coworkers (especially management) underpaid, unappreciated and the total opposite of their mission statement. Hands down the worst work culture ive ever witnessed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop leaving the floor for hours at a time, causing unnecessary drama, bullying one another and treating some of the patients poorly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability, managment needs to manage their employees instead of letting everyone run amok, adhere to policies and proceedures, show more empathy and care people's lives are at stake.
