I have 9 years experience I was paid $15.00 an hour and a new start $ 13.00 with no experience.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

For a while I drank the DaVita Kool-Aid, but after seeing the repeated lawsuits by patients, the government and Teammates, I could finally see the ruse that DaVita is and then they unexpectedly cut my bonus by 60%, despite a very good performance review, with no explanation. Sorry, game over.

Salary could be better.
