What are some of the best things about your team?

youthful energy and desire to learn

What is the best part about your compensation package?

employee monetary contribution towards healthcare

What makes you most happy at work?

It is the patients-it feels good to help people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very little is positive about the culture in our market. I avoid the office as much as possible.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scheduling: I can look ahead and see where DH is short staffed, but only addresses it the "holes" a few days before. Stinks to have changes made or be cancelled so late in the game.
