I'm happy with my position and my work/life balance mainly thanks to remote working. I hope that promotion will be unlocked in the near future

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase/promotion were halted in 2021 and never started rolling out again even if i was promoted as workload but without a fair compensation
