Overall, I believe we have a tremendous amount of work to do to continue to change the culture and perception of our 'people first' strategy and truly consider the people that are doing the work. I'm fortunate to enjoy the work that I do and hopefully the impact that I'm making for my team/clients.

Definitely my colleagues. Also, when I'm able to help someone.

Town Hall meetings/communications. And now more transparency that is be shared.

They are very knowledgeable, flexible, inviting and always willing to help, being true team players.

The people and how we work as close friends or a family to help one another.

Some of the best things are their knowledge, skills, openness to assist when needed, caring and kindness, and them exemplifying DXC values.

My colleagues and the work I'm able to do for my team and clients. I truly enjoy helping others and grow and achieve.

Their communication with the employees in Town Hall meetings. Also, them being direct in some cases related to the hard questions on promotions, merit increases, etc.

The people and me being able to help those resolve issues, contribute to their work and success and learning more to better my knowledge and skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive, team players, collaborative, helpful, and kind. I feel like they care about me and what I bring to the table to help with the success of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture is the family oriented and teamwork that our employees share with one another. Each of us helping all of us to win and be successful for DXC and our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but underpaid. I was one of the employees that hadn't received a pay increase for several years, yet inflation is all around and my cost of living has drastically increased, yet my pay has not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not just my compensation, but also the compensation of others in the company. However, related to my compensation, I would like to be fairly compensated for the job that I do and also for the several years that I didn't receive a pay increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team at this point in time is their communication during the Town Hall meetings and them trying to keep our colleagues and employees informed about the business, specifically how the workforce plays a role in our overall success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued specifically because I don't always hear it and how my work and contributions have helped our team. Sometimes a simple thank you and acknowledgement can make me feel good about the work that I do. Also, I would feel better about my compensation if it happened more frequently.
