Coming to DXC was a challenge for me. In my previous company, I was quite demotivated because I had been doing the same job for a long time. In this year at DXC, I've had the opportunity to participate in different activities, which, given how curious I am, makes it a great work experience for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very satisfied with the medical insurance from Sanitas, I believe it's the best I could have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going to work happy, I'm not sure, but I am immensely motivated by the constant challenges directed at me by my manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the first day, the culture of always thinking about people, along with the many initiatives, both from the company in Spain and at a global level, is the most noteworthy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is very difficult for me to find any aspect to improve the work of the managers (specifically my manager). So far, my work experience at DXC has been the best of my long career.

The team I am currently working with is made up of tremendous professionals with vast work experience. However, I wouldn't necessarily highlight that.
